As the Lead Project Manager for IWS, Shannon works with our group to further refine our processes and provide guidance to our Project Managers, while still leading a few projects herself. She enjoys working with our campus stakeholders to document their needs and help enhance their web presence along with some of their internal processes.
Shannon joined CIT in March of 2000, where she worked in CIT's Network and Communication Services Division. She spent most of her time as a Service Analyst and then moved into NCS's Project Management unit to work on the EzraNet Program. In November of 2005, Shannon joined IWS as a Project Manager.
Soon after joining IWS, Shannon pursued becoming a Certified Project Manager Professional and was certified in April of 2006.
I enjoy meeting and working with new folks on campus and learning about all the great research and academic areas we have at Cornell. When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and my husband vacationing and snowmobiling.
