Project Management

All technical projects are haunted by the specter of those that ran out of control: out of time, over budget, and still not working.

It's a central part of IWS's mission to keep that from happening to our clients.

To that end, we

  • work with you to specify exactly what is to be done—and what isn't
  • create project plans with well-thought-out budgets and timelines
  • carefully track every project's progress, decisions, changes and expenditures
  • communicate constantly with clients and maintain detailed project documentation
  • identify and resolve issues before they can jeopardize the project.

IWS PM’s produce your website through meticulous attention to detail, cost, and schedule. Equally important, is their focus on developing strong interpersonal relationships with the stakeholders. In situations with multiple stakeholders with differing opinions, we’ve been able to prevent conflict and bring effective and attractive websites to life.

We can employ all or part of the Cornell Project Management Methodology, as well as our own standard and custom project tracking tools, to control and document any project's progress and costs. We tailor our management process to accommodate web projects of all sizes, to achieve the necessary level of control with the minimum amount of overhead.

Why Should I Pay for Project Management, Anyway?

  • formal project closeout

and may include:

  • content management:
    • meetings
