For this reason, IWS offers ongoing support agreements for everything we develop. We’re available to:

• research and resolve problems that clients report to us
• add or change content, images, or features
• update look-and-feel
• make adjustments to accommodate new systems, browsers, and players
• work with site hosting administrators on improving performance
• develop new documentation or help train new staff
• and, of course, correct errors that are found after product launch.

We log and track all requests and problem reports. We respond quickly, usually within a day of when you contact us, and we give you time-and-cost estimates before undertaking any but the smallest tasks.

Unlike outside vendors, we have every incentive to take the long view, form partnerships, and help our clients preserve and leverage their investments in technology.
